For example, message #1 might go out immediately, then message #2 goes out 2 days afterwards, next message #3 goes out on day 5, then day 8 comes another message, etc, etc. Autoresponders put your business literally on "Auto-Pilot"!! Whether you're selling products or services, promoting an affiliate program, launching a new online business or simply responding to a request for more information, consistent, personalized follow up can literally supercharge your revenue dramatically! Auto-Responder Tips: No matter whom you choose as your auto responder provider, there
are two things to be aware of before setting one up. 1. When typing your auto-reply, or pre-formatted message, type
a maximum of 65 characters per line. This will ensure that your message looks
good no matter what e-mail program the recipient is using to read it. To do
this, simply perform a "hard carriage return" by pressing 'return' or 'enter'
on your keyboard after 65 characters including spaces. 2. Create your auto-reply message using an ASCII based word processor
such as Windows Notepad or Word pad. Once you're done, paste it into your auto
responder setup form. Doing this will prevent your message from containing unreadable
characters in certain e-mail programs. Remember, any auto responder reply is only as good as the MLM email
message itself. If is does not look professional and well formatted, it will
not be effective. Take care in testing every auto responder you set up.
